1. Our 14-day guarantee
We stand behind the Course. Work through the first two weeks of the course content. If the workflow has not changed the way you turn AI concepts into real, finished pieces, email us within 14 days for a full refund. The only risk you take is staying where you are.
To qualify, you must:
have genuinely worked through at least the first two weeks of the course content;
submit your request by email within 14 days of the day the online portion of the Course (the 12-week online guided course) opens to you (see clause 4); and
confirm that you have not retained copies of the downloadable Course Materials (for example, the prompt library, AI-to-CAD template, and checklists), and will not continue to use them after the refund.
Where these conditions are met, we will refund the fees you paid for the Course.
2. After the guarantee period
Because the Course includes immediately accessible digital materials and live instruction, fees are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee period described above, except:
where required by applicable Singapore law; or
where we cancel or materially change the Course (see clause 6).
We do not provide partial refunds for sessions not attended, modules not completed, or access not used, once the guarantee period has passed.
3. Group enrolments
For multi-participant ("group") bookings, the 14-day guarantee applies to the group as a whole based on each named participant's own eligibility under clause 1. If some participants wish to continue and others wish to withdraw within the guarantee period, any refund will be calculated on the per-participant amount actually paid for those withdrawing, and the remaining participants' fees will be recalculated at the rate that would have applied to the smaller group, with any difference payable or refundable accordingly.
Action: confirm this matches how you want group withdrawals to work, since your group pricing reduces the per-person fee for each additional participant.
4. How to request a refund
Send your request by email to momentummasterysg.com with:
the participant name(s) and the email used to enrol;
your order or receipt reference; and
a brief note confirming you meet the conditions in clause 1.
We will acknowledge your request and may ask for confirmation of the conditions before processing.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, in US Dollars, normally within 14 business days of approval. Any third-party transaction or currency-conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer are outside our control and are not refundable by us.
6. If we cancel or change the Course
6.1 If we cancel the Course before it begins, you will receive a full refund.
6.2 If we materially change the dates, format, or location and you are unable to proceed as a result, you may choose a transfer to a later cohort (clause 7) or a refund of fees paid for the part of the Course not delivered.
6.3 We are not responsible for your travel, accommodation, tool subscriptions, or other incidental costs, and these are not refundable by us.
7. Transfers and deferrals
If you cannot attend your scheduled cohort, you may request to transfer to a later cohort, subject to availability and to any reasonable administrative terms we set out at the time. Transfer requests should be made as early as possible before the start date.
8. Third-party tool costs
Subscriptions or fees you pay to third-party tool providers (for example, AI, 3D, or CAD software) are governed by those vendors' own refund terms and are not refundable by us.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us, or in circumstances that do not meet this Policy, may result in suspension of access pending resolution.
10. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Singapore consumer protection law. This Policy applies in addition to, and does not exclude, those rights.
