Enrolment data: the participants named in a group booking, and your stated background or goals where you provide them.
Payment data: billing details and transaction records. Card details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
Content you submit: designs, prompts, files, questions, and feedback you share for instruction, feedback, or the showcase.
Usage and technical data: how you use our website and course platform, including IP address, device and browser information, and cookies (see clause 9).
Communications: records of your correspondence with us.
We collect personal data directly from you, and automatically through our website and platforms.
3. Purposes for which we use your data
We collect, use, and disclose personal data for purposes including:
delivering the Course and providing access to Course Materials and platforms;
processing enrolments, payments, refunds, and related administration;
communicating with you about your enrolment, schedules, and support;
sending the free guide and, where you have consented, marketing emails about our courses and offers;
improving our content, website, and Services;
maintaining records and complying with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations;
protecting our rights and preventing fraud or misuse.
We will only use your data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and for which you have given or are deemed to have given consent.
4. Consent and withdrawal
4.1 By submitting your personal data, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of it for the purposes above.
4.2 You may withdraw your consent for any purpose (for example, marketing) at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (clause 10) or using the unsubscribe link in our emails. We will inform you of the likely consequences of withdrawal. Withdrawing consent for essential processing may mean we can no longer provide the Course to you.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it to:
Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as payment processors, email and marketing platforms, course-hosting and community platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics providers;

The Course is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe we have collected such data without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can address it.
